Local specialty in Japan was the condition for entry, and being “HALAL” was no, but by receiving this prize, NIKKOKEN greatly contributed in improving acknowledgement of HALAL in Japan. Mr. Goka, the CEO, commented that “I wish HALAL will spread throughout Japan as well as to everybody across the entire world, and not just Muslim people.” Japan will become a more Muslim-friendly country in the future.
