Kyoto Century Hotel remarkably reproduces “Kyo-ryori” (traditional cooking in Kyoto) inherited to the ancient capital, Kyoto, beautifully presented using different ingredients for each season.
They acquired Muslim-friendly certificate from Koyoto mosque upon starting the new menu, and hired three full-time staffs with “HALAL manager” certificate to serve customers with “omotenashi.”
