Mr. Tsutsui, the owner, who has been involved with Bali for 25 years, opened SAMBAL BALI, a restaurant that offers traditional Indonesian dishes, on August 24, 2015 in Daimon (Tokyo). It is a reliable restaurant that opened in cooperation with the embassy of Indonesia and ASEAN-JAPAN CENTRE. Although they offer alcohol drinks, no pork is used in the kitchen, and the foods are cooked only using HALAL seasonings and HALAL meat.
The dishes made by a chef experienced with traditional French cooking are amazing, with particular persistence towards chicken dishes crafted by cooking for more than 10 hours. You can enjoy raw sambal made from baan mela chili directly imported from Indonesia and authentic taste using several tens of types of different spices.
