② Please tell us why you started to venture into the halal/muslim markets.
To cope with the diversification of food scenes through the expansion of the inbound market and to meet the growing needs of Halal correspondence where Muslim people can enjoy meals with peace of mind, we acquired Halal certification for our black pepper. We also propose products based on Muslim-friendly information. Our company will consider further product policies to respond to the expansion of inbound market triggered by Tokyo Olympic Games.

■ Please add the ingredients and toppings of your choice for the curry (solid roux, flake). If you do not have time for cooking, please serve “18 kinds of vegetable curry (non-animal raw materials)” as it is.
■ Indian Black Pepper HL (Cracked/Powder) is recommended for halal menu, such as Yakiniku, Yakitori, Ramen etc. Indian black pepper is characterized by a strong cooling sensation.
