ANA has been continuously working on improving various services as the only airline in Japan given “5 stars” from SKYTRAX.
At ANA, in addition to the trend *of increasing order of halal-approved in-flight meal mainly by overseas customers, we will enrich the menu of halal-approved in-flight meals from July 2015 onwards based on in-service to Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia, in which it is said that approximately 60% of the population are Islam.

It is said that there are 1.6 billion Islam people world wide, which accounts for approximately 20% of the whole world population. In preparation to the increasing demands from Islam countries, in January 2014, ANA announced business partnership with Brahim’s Holdings Berhad of Malaysia （hereinafter, referred to as “Brahim”）, which is the world’s largest company, in serving “halal food” as in-flight meals, and looking ahead to the future, acquired halal approval at the Kawasaki factory of Kawasaki ANA catering service * on July 2014, thereby reinforcing correspondence to halal food along with improving the quality.
ANA established a Narita ＝ Houston flight on June 12th, is newly establishing Narita ＝ Kuala Lumpur flight from September 1st, and announced the establishment of Narita ＝ Brussels flight from the winter season of 2015. With the expansion of these international flights, increasing travelers to Japan, and increase in the stream between Asia and North America, ANA will continue responding to the diverse needs of customers from Japan and overseas for realizing a more comfortable flight for our customers.
