Newly open on 17th April!! Muslim-friendly menus will be served at Gyu-Kaku Akasaka

On 12th April, tasting session was held in Akasaka to start Muslim-friendly menus.
Gyu-Kaku Akasaka, which is going to start from 17th this month, will serve Muslim-friendly menus at the same time there.

Gyu-Kaku will try to welcome Muslims with Muslim-friendly menus to meet demand of diverse foods along with increasing number of the tourists for 2020.
In the near future, Gyu-Kaku will expand its Muslim-friendly Yakiniku to the world such as UAE or Saudi Arabia.

To deliver safe and reliable foods, Gyu-Kaku Akasaka serves meals based on the Muslim-friendly policy.

Gyu-Kaku Muslim-friendly policy

・All ingredients including beefs used in this course are Halal-certified. No pork or any kind of pork related products as well as alcohol seasonings had been used in this course.

・Halal-certified exclusive kitchenwares and tablewares are used to cook, process, and even store every menus in this course to ensure that there is no mixing Halal and Non-Halal food.

・At Gyu-Kaku, we are committed to serve safe and reliable Halal-certified menus to all customers, especially Muslim customers coming from overseas

・Gyu-Kaku sells alcohol and Non-Halal foods to other customer. Your seat will be distant from people drinking there.

Muslim-Friendly Environment in Gyu-Kaku

Muslim-friendly menus are based on the policy for Halal.

①Only Halal meats and ingredients are used
Meats are processed in Islamic way, and other ingredients are also Halal-certified.

②Separate Muslim-friendly tablewares from normal one.
Tablewares are divided into two, Muslim-friendly one and normal one. To differentiate both of them, Muslim-friendly one is marked.

Muslim-friendly menu

Gyu-Kaku prepare two types of Muslim-friendly menus, Guy-Kaku course and WAGYU course.
①Gyu-Kaku course ¥4,500 (plus tax)

Tender meat of special sparerib satisfies you. You can try some variety of meats. (Beef tongue, Chicken, diaphragm meat, sparerib and special sparerib)

②WAGYU course ¥6,500 (plus tax)
Halal-certified WAGYU is quite tough to find and eat, but you can try here. Seafood BBQ is as well provided. (Beef tongue, Chicken, Wagyu Top Round Cap Off, Wagyu rib, Wagyu Chuck Roll)

*In order to make you feel at home, we will arrange your table in advance. So, we can accept up to 3groups/12people at the same time. Thus, it is mandatory for those who ask for Muslim-friendly menus to book your table 3 days before you come.
