Ise Sueyoshi serves Halal Japanese Traditional Cuisine called Kaiseki
Ise Sueyoshi, kaiseki restaurant located in Nishi-Azabu, serves halal menu for Muslims. Ise Sueyoshi, with its concept “heart circulation”, provides selected foods transported directly from producers.

What makes foreign people satisfied is a guide sheet in English on the menu, explanation about Japanese cuisine from the chef, in addition to the meal itself. To seek for such experience called Kaiseki Cuisine Experience, recently, more and more foreigners have been visiting here.

We offer the food without alcohol, meat, Mirin(Sweet cooking rice wine)
and pig-derived ingredients such as pork bone soup, gelatin.
We took the seminar’ Halal Manager training and exam’.
Our chef, Yuuki Tanaka took the seminar at Japan Islamic Trust Masjid Otsuka.
We have treated Haraam in this kitchen.
We have treated Haraam with own kitchen tool.
Miso paste and Soy sauce is containing no alcohol.
We are using eggs and milk that has not been the Halal certification.
