Circumstances that led to acquiring HALAL certificate
We decided to start this business after receiving a voice from a customer that had our bento, saying that “I wish foreign customers can enjoy this delicious bento.”
During the process of studies, we learned that there are many “foreign customers (particularly Muslims) that are having trouble with food when visiting Japan,” which led us to HALAL.
Characteristics of the bento
About the ingredients
・All food ingredients, components, and seasonings have been through inspection.
・We use ingredients that do not contain any pork or pork-derived ingredients.
・“HALAL meat” is used for all meats.
・Seasoning used in our bento such as soy sauce, mirin seasoning, and sugar are all HALAL-friendly and do not contain pork, pork-derived ingredients, or alcohol during the manufacturing process.
・”Brown rice oil” is used for deep-fried foods. It has strong resistance to oxidization and keeps foods tasting good.

・We prepared bentos popular among many foreign customers, such as seafood sashimi bento and ebi ten-don.
・Seafood sashimi bento contains “boiled whitebait” caught at local Shonan area.
・Makunouchi bento and grilled bento is filled with various side dishes so you will never get tired of eating them.

・If you place an order by 11:00 A.M. of the day prior to your preferred date of delivery, we will deliver the bento the next day (maximum order for day before order is 50). We can correspond to urgent requests.
