Essential Product

Japan Bread
Japan has a very different “bread culture” to those of Europe and America. A wide range of bread varieties including kashi-pan, bread with sweet fillings and toppings and Osozai-pan,bread with delicatessen fillings.

Additive-Free
The standard in the baking industry is to utilize additives such as dough improver, which results in well-risen bread products and longer shelf lives.
However with food safety becoming a hot topic throughout the world, selling additive free bread will generate a considerable added value to the bakery.

Halal Friendly
With our experience in operating a certified Halal bakery in Mita, Tokyo, we are able to produce/create halal friendly bread products.

Characteristic about Liaison Project

  1. Anyone without any experience in baking can be a owner or operator
    a.) Bakery Training Course
    Would-be mini bakery owners will take a 5-day intensive course, in which they are
    taught the basic theory and the practice of baking.

  2. All items are made from scratch utilizing additive free Japanese wheat and rice flour, in
    which the flour is Halal certified by

  3. At least 23 square meter (7 坪)setup a bakery kitchen and small store front
    a.) Customized bakery equipment’s to efficiently operate in a limited space

  4. Consultation on behalf of over 30 years in the baking industry in Japan

  5. Provide selections of recipe to match the customers taste in each area

  6. Provide baking manual with detailed steps from mixing flours to end products

  7. Operation to serve freshly baked bread varieties to customer throughout the day

  8. Consultation throughout the opening phase of the mini-bakeries including:
    a.) Location
    b.) Kitchen layout
    c.) Training of additional staff
    d.) Selection of bread varieties
    e.) Operation support during the opening

  9. Owner will be able to create their own theme of the mini-bakery such as:
    a.) Name of the bakery
    b.) Any additional items the owner want to serve other than the bakery items
    proposed by Liaison Project USA Inc.
    c.) Collaboration with any business entity such as café, restaurant, retail, etc.

  10. No monthly management fee to be paid by the owner to Okayama Kobo
    (i.e. royalty fee, marketing fee)

Features of Liaision Project

5 day training course will take place between Monday through Friday. Maximum student per session is limited to 4 and will be selected on a first come first serve bases.
