DAT Plus (Diversity and Accessibility Team Plus) , a private company in Japan which focus on the development of Japan tourism thru Foreigner friendly approach , will hold a free seminar in Singapore on April 23, 2016.

The theme of the seminar is “ What to know about traveling in Japan? “. It is projected to Muslims traveler/agents living abroad to give information about Japan as Muslim tourists destination.

Dennis Tortona, founder of DAT Plus, has been doing a lot of seminars for Muslim Friendly in Japan. He believes that educating about this concept requires both parties to participate and hear both sides of the improvements and problems at present conditions.

“Together We Learn”, the motto of DAT Plus. Let us share thoughts and make our tour in Japan a memorable journey.

Ms. Leyla Shuri

Novelist
HALELA Abdul Razak or better known by her pen name as Leyla Shuri from Singapore .She writes and translates Japanese poems (haiku or tanka) and cultural article of Japan living. The themes of her short stories are mostly about diversity of culture she encounters in Japan. An award-winning novelist, she stays in Okinawa and often travels to Singapore.

Ms. Khamisah Salamat

Khamisah has spent 15 years in specializing Japan tours. She has explored 39 of the 47 prefectures in Japan. In addition to speaking English and Malay, she is conversant in Mandarin and Japanese. The year 2016 would be her 25th year in the travel industry. With the flair in languages, and passion in travel . she decides to indulge herself in travel industry. Besides Japan, she has experiences in New Zealand, Turkey, West Coast America, Maldives and other nearby destinations.

Mr. Dennis Tortona

Founder of Diversity and Accessibility Team Plus ( DAT+)
Dennis, a Filipino who is married to a Japanese and living in Okinawa Japan. He had worked in Okinawa Tourists Service, one of the biggest travel agency on the island for 10 years and concentrated in handling the foreign inbound visitors. Began handling the first biggest 100 Muslim tourists from Singapore in Okinawa in 2012 and more than 300 including a tour in Hokkaido. Since then he has continued to develop the Muslim Friendly approach in Japan.
