Veggie Ramen YUNIWA’s ramen doesn’t contain any chemical seasonings and animal ingredients. Instead of those, they use vegetables, kelps, and shiitake mushrooms. So vegetarian and vegan customers can also enjoy UMAMI thoroughly brought out the vegetables. This time they bought kitchen equipment for Muslim. Moreover they checked all ingredients one by one. After that, they decided to serve two menus for Muslims. These are Halal Soy Sauce Veggie Ramen (¥950) and Halal Tomato Ramen (¥950).
