We will introduce another noteworthy company that was exhibiting at Gaishoku business week, Japan Food and Culture Kakehashi Company from Okinawa Prefecture.
The company was established with “Becoming a ‘linking bridge’ between Japanese production place and people throughout the world desiring Japanese foods and Japanese agricultural, forestry and fishery products” as their mission, and is producing, selling, and exporting household dishes, processed meat product, and snacks using ingredients from around Japan.
The strength of the company is that OEM is contracted in their own factory that has been HALAL-certified.
Various HALAL foods are provided from Okinawa Prefecture, which is becoming a distribution base between Asia and Japan, and may greatly contribute to HALAL correspondence of Japanese corporations.
The company is also planned to participate in JAPAN HALAL EXPO 2015 to be carried out in November.
