Halal Japanese Cooking is the first halal-specialty Japanese food cooking class in Japan, which is care with diversity of needs. Here, you can learn how to make the most popular Japanese foods.

Halal Japanese Cooking care about your needs and want you to feel comfortable. Most all of cooking students feel secure attending the class.
The ingredients are all carefully hand-picked, specifically selected whether made in Japan and/or Halal certified. If ingredients are not Halal certified, Halal Japanese Cooking will call the manufacturer and figure out the specific ingredients as well as the production line environment.
All the serving plates, bowls, cooking tools, and refrigerator are also designated for Halal.
Also, you can do pray there as prayer mat and wudu’ space are available.
・Hospitable small group lessons (up to 4 persons)
・Class starts from 10:30 until 13:30.
・Japanese main ingredients can be purchased after the lesson, so you can practice what you learn at home immediately.
・English translator will be there to support, if necessary.
Menus
Ramen, Gyoza, and Green Tea Pudding (8000 yen)
Sliced roasted chicken and seasonal vegetables are being used as ramen toppings.
Gyoza is a dumpling with minced meat and vegetable filling. In this cooking class, you will learn the secret how to wrap Gyoza beautifully and easily, even for beginner.
Gyoza with an appetizing smell of sesame oil is one of the most popular dishes for party among Japanese.
A green tea pudding dessert has a great after taste, especially after enjoying the taste of ramen and gyoza.
Curry with Chicken Cutlet, Salad with Wagyu Shabu-shabu, and Green Tea Pudding (8000 yen)
Japanese Curry is commonly known for its thick sauce, containing potatoes, carrots, and onions.
The most important tips in frying crispy Chicken Cutlet is the temperature of the oil used.
Wagyu (Japanese beef) shabu-shabu is one of the most popular Japanese dishes besides of sushi and tempura, where thinly sliced beef cooked in boiling broth. The sliced meat is so thin that it is getting cooked quickly and the texture of the beef remains very soft. Salad with wagyu shabu-shabu will be served in Japanese style dressing.
Green tea pudding will be a perfect dessert at the end of the meal.
Okonomiyaki, Golden Soup with Minced Fish Balls, and Green Tea Pudding (8000 yen)
In this class, you can learn how to flip the okonomiyaki easily.
The fillet is nicely minced in a mortar to keep a fluffy texture.
You will be surprised at how good the minced fish balls come together with the golden soup stock. A superb way to end any meal is with green tea pudding!
Okonomiyaki can be replaced with Takoyaki as your preference.
