Mrs. Siti Nurjanah is a bakery certified by Japan Home Baking School.
She gained interest into bread and bakery after looking at her mother
who managed to sell pastries, sweets, and bread.
Siti Nurjanah who have been living in Japan more than 20 years,
found out that a halal bread was unavailable in Japan,
so she started a breakthrough by providing halal and healthy bread (additive free!).
Besides, she makes her bread in frozen form, which is familiar in Japan,
that can be stored for approximately 1 year.
Hanamaza pan is so delicious, that makes it popular among Muslims, even Japanese customers, and gain repeaters.
