Very popular among foreign tourists! Gonpachi Nishi-Azabu started Muslim-friendly menu

Gonpachi, Japanese restaurant located in Nishi-Aazabu, started Muslim-friendly menu such as kushiyaki and tempura.

Gonpachi originally started as “KUSHI・SOBA Gonpachi” in 2001, then “SUSHI Gonpachi” and TEMPURA Gonpachi were followed while satisfying many people from all over the world with Japanese cuisine. They have 11 franchises in Japan including the one that opened in Asakusa in January 2017.
Soba flour is chosen every season, and professional chef cooks it, which is really famous in Gonpachi. Moreover, kushiyaki grilled with charcoal and tempura are also served there.

In 2002, Gonpachi was temporarily paid attention because Bush President at that time and Koizumi Prime Minister had a meeting here while it show up in the movie named “Kill Bill”.

Halal Policy

We don’t obtain Halal certificate.
The ingredients certified (Halal Meat) are used for beef and
chicken. Additionally the seasoning also correspond.
Kitchen isn’t Halal exclusive use.
Cookware is sorted from a pot, kitchen knife and cutting
board keeping with separately. Additionally ladle, tongs, ball
basket.
Normally we use the same tableware, but when having a
request, we will prepare disposable tableware, glass, fork,
knife, and wooden chopsticks.
We cook co-oporating with Muslim staffs.
