Halal Edo meals
What makes its meal sophisticated is ingredients used in the dishes and arrangement of Japanese meal for halal by the chef.
They use selected local ingredients of Edo (previous Tokyo), and of course care much for freshness and quality. In addition, they always grasp where and when each ingredient is produced. That is why they can serve tasty dishes to customers.
No pork and alcohol, non-halal meat are handled at all. *Alcohol drink is sold here though
The way of arranging for halal is pretty professional since the refined chef tunes some seasonings instead of mirin to make it possible to complete the taste of Edo meals.
First level leaf green tea makes you feel how Japanese taste it.
Most of the menus (except for alcohol drinks) are halal, which may reduce your anxiety of halal.
To welcome more Muslims from all over the world, EDORYORI HIDE is seeking for new menus Muslim would like.
This restaurant will add more memorable value to your journey!
