The recipe of Live Cooking is available!
Live cooking demonstration held at Halal Expo Japan 2016 by Singapore celebrity chef group that followed by Tokushima Halal Food Fair in Singapore in July this year.
They cook and served eight dishes from twelve ingredients such as Sunflower oil, bouillon, Tomato paste, Curry powder, Konnyaku, Yuzu products and rare deer meat. Participants enjoyed new fusion dishes of Halal Japanese food which they’ve never tasted before.
