Himeji castle is also referred to as Shirawashi castle” because it looks like a white egret flying through the sky, and was registered as the first world heritage in Japan in December 1993 as a masterpiece made using construction technique reaching its peak.

“Yuzu no Shizuku Himeji station square store” in Himeji now started serving Muslim-friendly washoku Japanese food. Muslim-certified ingredients and you can enjoy dishes using local specialties such as anago (conger eel) and Banshu somen nodles (TOA foods) in addition to dishes using yuzu.
