Muslims and other participants enjoyed together
Tokyo Camii, a mosque that is located in Yoyogi Uehara, held spring bazaar. About 2,000 people visit the mosque in 2 days, on 29th and 30th. Not only Muslims but also other participants enjoyed the bazaar together.
In first floor, recitation of Qur’an, Arabic calligraphy, henna experience, and hijab experience were held, and in the back yard, delicious Turkish kebab and ice cream were sold. A part of this profit will be donated to support sufferers of Kumamoto earthquakes.
On 30th, a mosque tour was held, and about 30 participants looked around the mosque in second floor. The coming Ramadan, in June this year, chef will be invited from Turkey and serves meal after sunset. So please visit Tokyo Camii no matter whether you are Muslim or not.
