The French Blue decided to start Muslim-friendly services since Amin, a staff at the restaurant, was Muslim, and came to an idea that perhaps there are ways Muslim customers can enjoy French cuisine.
In French cooking, alcohol and soup stock made from meat are often used. However, at The French Blue, they use bonito, seaweed, and vegetable stocks in their dishes in addition to HALAL-certified meat. Also, although the dishes are based on French cuisine, they take in Japanese food ingredients and techniques to serve food where you can sense the season and Japanese-ness.
The French Blue will host their customers with creative dishes cooked up such that Muslim customers can enjoy great taste of French cuisine as well as the country of Japan. There are Muslim staffs in the restaurant, so please ask them if you have any inquiries.
You usually do not need reservation, but the restaurant can serve you more smoothly if you make a reservation. Please make a reservation if you have a big party of people.
