On 16th September 2015, the Halal Media Japan was more than honored to welcome and host lunch for guests visiting Japan from Middle East. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Japan gave the Halal Media Japan this opportunity to host the lunch and share the information about the developments on the condition of Halal Food’s recent spread in Japan. With a market opening for the Halal Restaurant and several restaurants starting to serve Halal friendly menus, there is a huge potential that the tourists from Asia including Indonesia, Malaysia will start inbounding from Japan.
To further show what Japan has in store with the Muslim Tourists oon the platter, the guests from Middle East were served the Teppanyaki made from Halal Japanese Meat in the Ippin Restaurant, Ebisu. (See Halal Gourmet Japan) Keeping up to the hospitality of Japan, the chef had prepared special Tofu Hamburgers for the vegetarians. The meal was followed by an exchange of ideas on the future of Halal in Japan, which was rather fruitful.
