Halal chicken in “Okaribayaki” style beside the Kamata Masjid!
HALAL chicken is now available as a part of HALAL menus at “Momoku mura no Jidori,” which is located 5 minutes by walk from JR Tokyu Line Kamata station and just opened in March.
At “Momoku mura no Jidori,” you can enjoy your meal in a “Okaribayaki” style where you grill your own meat and vegetables. Okabariyaki relates to “grilling and eating” at the “place of hunting,”and you can experience the traditional way of eating of Japanese hunter.
The voices of local Muslims are heard daily at this restaurant, since it is located beside the Kamata Masjid, and started serving HALAL-certified chicken not long after opening the restaurant.

HALAL friendly services are carried out while receiving advice from the Kamata Masjid, and they are planning to expand more HALAL menus in the future upon setting a concrete HALAL policy to better serve Muslim customers.
Meat tastes so much better when you grill it yourself. Why not give it a try?
