Tokachiseika Co., Ltd. is a company manufacturing and selling Japanese confectionaries in Hokkaido. We mainly sell chilled Japanese confectioneries to convenience stores all over Japan. In cooperation with Ambang Dorongan in Kedah Prefecture of Malaysia, we developed “Mochi” making use of our technology and recipe. There are three flavors including “white” “matcha” and “sakura” flavors, all with red bean paste inside. The “Mochi” is so delicious and soft, it is hard to believe that it is frozen food.
