Karaoke Honpo Manekineko Yotsuya Sanchome store started providing “Kara-miso ramen,” their new HALAL menu, from February.
There were very few spice foods in the current menu, but in order to respond to the request of Muslim customers after hearing opinions from an overwhelming number of customers that they like spicy food, Manekineko asked Nikko-ken in Sano-city of Tochigi Prefecture for supervision, and the ramen was born after many trials and errors. Spicy sauce made with the secret recipe of Nikko-ken is used for the soup, and topped with spicy green onions, creating an amazing harmony with miso paste. The spicy flavor is will make you want to come back for more once you had a taste! The owner’s recommendation is the HALAL gyoza set!
