Juxtaposed between the two symbols synonymous with the modernity and the ancient of Japan – the Asakusa Temple and the Tokyo Sky Tree. This café is all set to become a new symbol of the Globalizing Japan in Asakusa.
The Sekai Café, located is Asakusa has a policy of catering to the dietary needs of all faiths, as the customers come from all over the world. So one can imagine that the Mediterranean styled décor and a soothing interior the Sekai Café is a perfect place for exhausted travelers in Asakusa. The menu is pretty decent like that of a typical café; the difference being that the food served is Halal and they have extensive selection of international sauces including the Sambal Sauce from Indonesia.
The Mii Goren topped with egg is popular among the customers. But, my personal favorite was the Salad Pizza. The taste of the dressing, the texture of the pizza base and the seasonal vegetables blended in perfectly to give an amazing taste.
So, in case you want to beat the heat or escape the rain, the Sekai Café in Asakusa is a perfect place to be at. Just in case you do have difficulty finding it do make sure to download our Halal Gourmet Japan Application for iPhone and Android to find your way.
