I went to Yakuniku KOU, where many local residents of Sapporo and travelers visit.
It is located in the suburbs outlaying from Sapporo, but the flavor was amazing. Of course, all the meat served are Halal, and no pork is to be seen in the restaurant. There is a Muslim staff and Halal is protected at a high level. The meat is very fresh, of course, and the sauce that does not include alcohol is also hand-made by the chef. Please try out the first-rate dishes made after multiple trial and error. They also accept group customers. Take a visit to Yakiniku KOU during your visit in Sapporo! Also, you can taste the popular Halal gyoza from NIKKOUKEN at this restaurant. This is the only place in Hokkaido where you can eat the gyoza. I recommend you try them out.
